Property Owner receives one-to-one free consultation and thorough review on their investment property and understands how a Holiday Home would be able to bring higher cash flow.
After going through all the terms and conditions mentioned, the Property Owner signs Holiday Homes Service Agreement. With the agreement signed, WeHost applies for a permit from tourism department to operate the unit as a Holiday Home.
The property is thoroughly inspected and fixed for any issues. After the regular maintenance job, pest control and deep cleaning is conducted. The property is then ready for utility connections such as DEWA, Internet, GAS, etc.
With the help of our experienced interior designers, the property is furnished to high standards following the guidelines as provided by tourism department.
Professional photographs are taken for the property to enhance the quality of advertising through various Homestay websites such as AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia, etc including WeHost website.
Guest clicks through one of the advertised property listing and reaches WeHost. Guest booking details & ID documents are verified and further registered with tourism department. The security deposit is held.
Guests check in as per booking date and enjoy their stay with WeHost and receive high end services with our guest relations executives providing 24x7 support.
Guests check out on time agreed and property is inspected with checklist and further cleaned, making it ready for the next guest. Security deposit is finally refunded back to the guests.
Property owner makes payment for monthly utility bills. WeHost produces Revenue Income Statement per month and pays landlord the profit amount via desired payment channel.
